Tissot Sales Advisor

- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients, building long-term relationships and managing a client portfolio (clienteling).
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert product presentation.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge of Tissot collections and technical specifications to advise customers accurately.
- Operate the boutique Point of Sale (POS) system, process transactions, and manage cash and payment procedures securely.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation, stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate after‑sales activities including warranty handling, repairs intake and liaison with service centres.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, in‑store events and collaboration with the store team to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high‑end customer service and to develop client relationships (clienteling).
- Numerical literacy and experience handling transactions and basic cash reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and a polished appearance consistent with a luxury boutique environment.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; flexibility for store events and launches.

Typically 1–3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, preferably within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or related sectors. Prior experience meeting sales KPIs and managing client portfolios is highly valued.
Secondary education certificate or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is an advantage.
