1. Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and managing inventory effectively.
4. Coordinate and oversee visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
5. Train and develop boutique staff to enhance performance and customer engagement.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
3. Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
