1. Integrate watch collections into regional High Jewelry events, providing sales coaching and expert support.
2. Serve as the regional contact for high-end watch sales, optimizing boutique performance and client satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement a locally adapted learning strategy for all watch collections, delivering engaging training programs.
4. Collaborate with the Watch Director and regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and ensure cohesive messaging.
5. Provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, partnering with local training teams.

1. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in retail and sales support within the luxury watch or jewelry industry.
2. Strong understanding of the watch market and high-end clientele.
3. Proven ability to train and coach retail teams effectively.
4. Fluency in English and the local language.

1. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
