- Drive product assortment strategy in collaboration with the global watch team.
- Manage sales forecasts for the watch category within the region.
- Ensure optimal inventory coverage and product placement in boutiques.
- Collaborate with the global watch team on stock replenishment processes.
- Analyze market trends to adjust forecasting and inventory planning.
- Develop strategies for managing overstock and aged inventory.
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of materials for product launches.
- Equip market teams with tools and information for successful launches.
- Develop and implement 360 product activation plans.
- Implement watch caravans and support retail learning and training.
- Support client appointments at events and in-store as needed.
- Drive the Watch Ambassador program to enhance engagement and skills.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customer service for seamless operations.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years in merchandising or product marketing within the watch industry.
- Experience in jewelry and watches companies is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills with flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
