1. Collaborate closely with retail teams to ensure optimal in-store presentation.
2. Drive visual merchandising results with a focus on in-store activations and events.
3. Track and share the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
4. Monitor visual standards across all ANZ stores during events and activations.
5. Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection.

1. 2-5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related fields, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, and flowers.
3. Experience in vendor and project management.

1. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
2. Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
3. Ability to work with diverse teams and present ideas to groups.
4. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within luxury retail.
