- Collaborate with the Merchandising Director to ensure merchandise initiatives and product launches are effectively presented.
- Manage the regional visual merchandising budget and oversee local creative production needs.
- Coordinate with the Central Creative team to implement window displays, in-store presentations, and special events.
- Lead and manage a responsive visual merchandising team, ensuring operational effectiveness and creative standards.
- Provide strategic feedback to central teams to support business growth and brand elevation.
- Support the execution of key projects such as events, store openings, and campaign launches.
- 7-10 years of management experience in merchandising, visual display, or styling, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven experience managing a sizable field team and regional budgets.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting business reports and floor maps.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in collaborating across various departments such as Retail, Creative, PR, and Support Functions.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on visual merchandising and team management.
