Tiffany & Co. Visual Merchandising Intern

- Coordinate and adapt visual merchandising initiatives across the EMEA region to enhance the Tiffany & Co. brand story.
- Support VM Market Leads by gathering and consolidating successful market and global-led initiatives.
- Understand market nuances and ensure merchandise is properly installed, styled, and lit for impactful presentations.
- Manage the creative campaign ordering process and logistics for all stores, addressing any installation challenges and monitoring requests for damages or missing collateral.
- Gather and consolidate success stories post creative installs and refreshes.
- Support floorplan updates in the Global system and track the status of floor moves.
- Assist in gathering replenishment orders and follow up with Global on invoices.
- Support new store openings, including setup and tracking status of floorplans and open orders.
- Assist with event setup and planning, including tracking orders and CVM-related items.
- Support in-store and pop-up activations by consolidating floorplans, production information, and installation details.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Experience in visual merchandising or related areas, preferably in luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work with a variety of people and present ideas to groups
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally
- Proficiency in English and market languages

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or related fields, preferably within luxury retail.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Internship agreement compulsory; opportunity to gain experience in a prestigious luxury brand.
