- Coordinate and adapt visual merchandising initiatives across the EMEA region to enhance the Tiffany & Co. brand story.
- Support Visual Merchandising Market Leads by consolidating market and global initiatives that drive sales.
- Gather feedback from VM Market Leads to understand market nuances and ensure impactful merchandise presentation.
- Assist in the creative campaign ordering process and logistics for all stores, addressing any installation challenges.
- Monitor requests for damages and missing collateral, supporting changes to creative orders.
- Support the collection and consolidation of success stories post creative installations.
- Update floor plans in the Global system and track the status of floor moves.
- Assist in gathering replenishment orders and follow up on invoices with Global.
- Support new store openings, including setup and tracking floor plans and open orders.
- Assist in event setup and planning for Paris boutiques, including tracking orders and CVM-related items.
- Consolidate floor plans, production information, and installation details for in-store and pop-up activations.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience in visual merchandising or related fields, preferably in luxury retail.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and present ideas to groups.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
- Proficiency in English and relevant market languages.

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or related fields, preferably within luxury retail.
