- Leverage and adapt visual merchandising initiatives to enhance brand storytelling and drive business results in the Japanese market.
- Assist in all visual merchandising projects related to boutique displays.
- Support the execution of pop-up events and special boutique decor.
- Ensure product display quality by communicating with boutiques and providing guidance based on global standards and market needs.
- Create and submit display check reports to headquarters and coordinate necessary adjustments with boutiques.
- Translate directives from English to Japanese, incorporating market-specific requirements.
- Develop creative campaign display options and coordinate prop orders with headquarters.
- Update and share product placement and layout plans with boutiques and headquarters.
- Prepare necessary display materials for new and renovated boutiques.
- Coordinate the preparation of display forms and materials for pop-up and special decor events.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Design knowledge, with a design background preferred.
- Understanding of floral coordination.
- Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.
- Willingness to travel to boutiques throughout Japan.
- Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous but not mandatory; however, a high sensitivity and passion for luxury and lifestyle brands is essential.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
