1. Oversee global procurement of external finished goods, subcontracting, raw materials, MRO, and components across all jewelry segments including High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and Icons.
2. Lead new product development for European-made goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
3. Enhance engineering standards to support the growth of Tiffany High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry.
4. Identify and implement best practices in craftsmanship, agility, technique, process, sustainability, and gross margin improvement.
5. Participate as a member of the Global Industrial Leadership team for Tiffany & Co.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.

3. Proficiency in new product development processes.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. In-depth understanding of the luxury jewelry market.
