1. Coordinate import and export customs clearance for jewelry and related items, including store fixtures and repair parts.
2. Ensure timely delivery to domestic logistics warehouses based on shipment information from headquarters.
3. Facilitate effective communication of inbound shipment details to internal stakeholders.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics service providers to enhance service quality.
5. Manage international merchandise transfers, coordinating with merchandising departments, logistics warehouses, and destination stakeholders.
6. Handle appropriate export procedures for temporarily imported items.
7. Update weekly and monthly KPI scores related to assigned duties.
8. Process monthly invoices and expense accounting from logistics and customs service providers.

1. 3-5 years of experience in international logistics services or as an importer representative.
2. Proficiency in English communication, primarily via email.
3. Knowledge of trade and customs laws is advantageous.
4. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.

Minimum of 3 years in international logistics or related fields.
