1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying the Tiffany Warm Welcome and setting the tone for client visits.
2. Engage with clients to build brand desirability through unique face-to-face interactions.
3. Assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, positively impacting sales and service.
4. Attend to the needs of internal and external clients, greeting and directing them throughout the Flagship store.
5. Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate sales professional.
6. Accurately manage the floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management.
7. Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and clean.
8. Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
9. Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in adherence to Record Retention Guidelines.
10. Demonstrate agility in supporting company initiatives and adapting to change.

1. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurant, hotel, retail, or security.
