Tiffany & Co. Temporary Media Coordinator

- Coordinate and execute paid media campaigns across North America, ensuring precise communication and fulfillment of deliverables, timelines, and assets.
- Collaborate with the Media Manager and agency teams to maintain updated flowcharts, tracking documents, and activation details.
- Support the development, maintenance, and reconciliation of campaign budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with data visualization for reporting, including assembling performance summaries and supporting ongoing optimization discussions.
- Participate in recurring cross-functional meetings and agency/vendor check-ins to ensure alignment across marketing, merchandising, creative, and regional teams.
- Prepare materials for internal and external presentations.
- Support special projects and time-sensitive assignments to assist broader Media team goals and campaign initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and strong competency in PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Foundational understanding of media, communication, and marketing channels, including digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Knowledge of the luxury landscape and interest in staying informed on category trends and emerging media opportunities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Understanding of media and marketing channels.
Previous experience in media, marketing, advertising, or related internships is preferred. Familiarity with media planning or reporting tools is advantageous.
