1. Conduct weekly reporting on all new and upcoming launches for the Designer and Diamond Collections categories.
2. Collaborate with the Industrial team to ensure timely receipt and on-time delivery of products.
3. Participate in cross-functional meetings to facilitate successful launch execution.
4. Work with regional Supply Chain Teams to establish zonal inventory and safety stock targets based on sales forecasts.
5. Regularly analyze sell-through rates, availability, and targets.
6. Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow for high-priority projects.
7. Plan global and zonal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and inventory policies.
8. Place manufacturing orders and monitor receipt timing and delivery.
9. Project inventory landing over a 12-18 month horizon at a global level.
10. Plan, present, and justify Open-to-Buy (OTB) targets for purchase plans.

1. 3 - 7 years of business experience.
2. College degree and/or equivalent business experience.
3. Experience in retail management, particularly in merchandise or replenishment planning.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead in a team environment.
5. Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
6. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Familiarity with multi-product, multi-sales channel environments.
3. Knowledge of distribution operations and merchandise planning.
4. Experience with databases such as Downloads or BOBJ.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience is required.

College degree and/or equivalent business experience.

The hiring range for this position is $38.50 to $50.50 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
