1. Organize and maintain the Interiors library with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Order, track, and manage the shipment of samples efficiently.
3. Assemble project presentations and compile the Interiors Standard Guidelines deck.
4. Assist the team with Research & Development initiatives.
5. Support Photoshop and rendering tasks as required.
6. Organize and maintain the Interiors team server folders systematically.
7. Research current trends in luxury design and materials.
8. Support the Interior Design team on project deliverables as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in library management, materials, and development within luxury interiors, hospitality, or retail.
2. Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft operating systems.
3. Experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Familiarity with Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Max, or other rendering programs is highly advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
6. Experience working with vendors is beneficial.

The target rate for this position is $35.00 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
