1. Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, including 3D renderings and sketches.
2. Assist in the creation of design intent sets for proposals.
3. Coordinate with consultants during construction phases.
4. Conduct research on materials and provide administrative support.
5. Create conceptual 3D renderings as directed by Design Managers.
6. Communicate design solutions and review issues in Design Review meetings.
7. Follow up with consultants and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
8. Set up agendas for meetings with guidance from Project Architects.
9. Research project-specific materials and order samples.
10. Manage electronic and paper documents, update project images, and maintain timesheets.
11. Mentor junior architecture team members.

1. Professional degree in Architecture
2. 3-5 years minimum architectural experience
3. Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD
4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
5. Proficiency in hand sketching

3-5 years of architectural experience required.

Professional degree in Architecture

The target hourly rate for this position is $45 per hour.
