Tiffany & Co. Technical Data Specialist — Watches

- Manage and maintain product lifecycle data in the PLM system, ensuring integrity, coherence and availability for design, manufacturing and after-sales teams.
- Define and structure Bills of Materials (BOM) for finished products, manufacturing processes and after‑sales support in collaboration with design and methods engineers.
- Create, classify and update articles and item master records in the PLM; manage item lifecycle and change control processes.
- Support migration of historical technical data and validate data quality for after‑sales use.
- Publish and validate technical data transfers from PLM to ERP; maintain interfaces between PLM, ERP and CAD files (PDF, native CAD formats).
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical definitions, drawings and CAD files; associate articles with CAD/CAO data.
- Organize and conduct cross‑functional definition meetings to gather requirements; produce product animations from existing models as required.
- Technical qualification in watchmaking or equivalent horological training.
- Minimum three years’ experience in PLM/BOM management or technical data management, preferably within watchmaking or high‑precision manufacturing.
- Proven experience with PLM workflows and ERP integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in an international, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CAD systems (CREO/CAD/CAO) is a strong advantage.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing technical product data, PLM and BOM processes; prior exposure to watchmaking or precision manufacturing preferred.
Technical diploma or formal training in watchmaking (horology) or equivalent technical qualification.
