- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless management and client service.
- Cultivate client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Motivate and manage the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Ensure exceptional client service and elevate the Tiffany Experience based on client feedback.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a climate of high performance and inclusivity.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $93,500 to $132,000, dependent on experience.
