- Coach and guide sales and operations teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Provide leadership and support in the absence of the Store Director, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive client development activities.
- Ensure exceptional operational support and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
