1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets.
2. Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring a seamless client experience.
3. Cultivate relationships with internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach.
4. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
5. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences and optimize store amenities.
6. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
7. Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent client relationship management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
4. Ability to work flexibly across various roles as needed.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

A college/university degree is desired.
