1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and enhance the store experience.
2. Manage client relationships and drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
3. Ensure exceptional client service and optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
4. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a climate of high performance.
5. Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

Illinois Salary Range Disclosure: $93,500-$110,000
