1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and ensure service excellence.
3. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
4. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
5. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, maintaining compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $93,500 - $132,000, dependent on skills and experience.
