- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to achieve commercial and profitability targets.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying LVMH values.
- Deepen client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.

- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
- Continuously train and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage efficient back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems
- Authorization to work in Canada

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
