- Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are met.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance climate.
- Continuously train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS system

A college/university degree is desired.
