- Lead and support sales, operations, and security team members to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Supervise the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations.
- Cultivate and deepen customer relationships to meet or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Motivate and manage the team to consistently achieve store business objectives.
- Drive client development activities to foster new and existing customer relationships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and elevate the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI).
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to meet Tiffany's customer experience expectations.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to maintain a high-performance climate.
- Train and provide continuous qualitative feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Promote diversity and inclusive environments, fostering growth and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ensure operational excellence and challenge standards for continuous improvement.
- Manage back-of-house areas efficiently, ensuring consistency with established operational procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail management or relevant client-related experience.
- Strong sales generation experience and management of commercial results.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Flexibility to perform various roles as needed by the business.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management or a related client-focused role is required.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is a plus.
