1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
2. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a climate of service excellence.
3. Enhance client relationships to meet or surpass sales and product category targets.
4. Drive client development activities and manage client relationships personally.
5. Ensure the delivery of the Tiffany Experience through client-centric service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent client relationship management abilities.
4. Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.
