- Drive team accountability in delivering exceptional service and achieving store KPIs, including sales and client experience.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision encompassing sales, client relations, and team development.
- Lead by example, actively coaching the team on the sales floor to support professional growth.
- Possess a deep understanding of the market and competitors, cultivating a strong network to enhance client experience.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with Tiffany & LVMH procedures.
- Create an inclusive and supportive team environment, emphasizing the belief that people make the difference.
- Inspire clients and teams through authentic brand storytelling, conveying Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship and integrity.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop and assess client development strategies.
- Motivate and guide the team to exceed goals and strategically assume new challenges.
- Collaborate with headquarters on testing and deploying new tools and systems.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
- Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
