- Act as a manager on duty in the absence of the Store/Sales Manager.
- Lead, develop, and support sales and operations team members to meet or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales plans by partnering with the Sales Manager to create and execute sales strategies.
- Champion team execution of consistent and superior sales and service delivery.
- Develop new customer base and grow existing business through clienteling programs.
- Manage and cultivate customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Support company, regional, and local events and product launches.
- Encourage and develop Sales Professionals through coaching and performance management.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Experience in sales generation and managing sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
