- Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Deepen relationships with clients to achieve or exceed sales targets and relevant KPIs.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team and ensuring client experience expectations are met.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance climate.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and POS system.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
