1. Lead, coach, and support the sales and operations teams to achieve commercial and profitability targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

A college or university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000, dependent on skills and experience.
