1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Act as the store overseer in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client service.
3. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
4. Motivate and manage team performance to consistently achieve store commercial objectives.
5. Enhance the client experience by leading, modeling, and coaching based on feedback and performance metrics.
6. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering an environment of high performance and inclusivity.
7. Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven sales generation and commercial result management experience.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
