- Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service, reinforcing sales strategy and business needs.
- Ensure operational excellence by understanding compliance and supporting back-of-house operations.
- Foster team spirit through collaboration, integrity, and professionalism, conducting daily coaching sessions and briefs.
- Elevate in-store client experience by ensuring luxury presentation and addressing customer issues.

- Previous experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant customer-related experience.
- Experience in people management and sales generation.
- Flexibility to work in various roles and non-traditional hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Dynamic team player with motivational skills.
- Authorization to work in Germany.
- Gemological certification preferred.
- Business proficiency in German and English.
