1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Coach and guide the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet profitability targets.
4. Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values in leadership.
5. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
6. Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and relevant KPIs.
7. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
8. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
9. Manage back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
