- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and team members, acting as a mentor and coach.
- Drive client development activities and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service and optimize store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance and inclusive environment.
- Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
A college/university degree is desired.
