1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
3. Foster relationships with internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach to team members.
4. Strategically oversee day-to-day store operations with a focus on client engagement, team development, and brand desirability.
5. Model and champion the core belief that 'People Make the Difference' and uphold the values of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
4. Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.

A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
