- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Foster relationships with internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach to team members.
- Strategically oversee day-to-day store operations with a focus on client engagement, team development, and brand desirability.
- Model and champion the core belief that 'People Make the Difference' and uphold the values of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.
A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
