- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed commercial targets.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Cultivate client relationships to enhance sales and drive client development activities.
- Ensure exceptional client service through the Tiffany Experience Index and client feedback.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in store processes.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexibly across various roles as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail management, with a focus on sales and client relations.
A college or university degree is desired. A graduate gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is preferred.
