1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the store experience.
2. Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.
3. Cultivate client relationships to exceed sales targets and enhance brand desirability.
4. Coach and develop team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
5. Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars.
6. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Excellent client relationship management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
4. Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.
