1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Cultivate client relationships and drive client development activities.

4. Optimize store amenities and hospitality to enhance client interactions.
5. Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
6. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
3. Fluency in Spanish (Catalan) and English; a third language is advantageous.
