Tiffany & Co. Team Leader, Store Planning

- Define and implement the project delivery strategy in collaboration with VP and both local and global stakeholders.
- Lead the Store Planning team through effective communication and promote innovative ideas.
- Establish project and communication protocols according to Tiffany standards to ensure effective team engagement.
- Support Project Managers in reviewing and negotiating lease terms and handover conditions.
- Conduct post-opening project audits with store design, store planning, and retail teams.
- Identify areas for improvement in store design, project development, and supplier materials.
- Manage and develop professional relationships with landlords, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Security, IT, and Finance to identify process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Drive initiatives to expand the vendor pool in collaboration with Sourcing and Local Procurement.
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within store planning in luxury goods, fashion, premium real estate, or high-end hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability in full lifecycle portfolio management from site identification to project closeout.
- Deep knowledge of local market conditions, contracting, permitting, and regulations.
- Extensive network of contractors, consultants, landlords, and stakeholders.
- Experience with high-end flagship stores.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and Microsoft Project software.
- Analytical and strong project management skills.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within store planning in luxury goods, fashion, premium real estate, or high-end hospitality.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
