- Efficiently arrange candidate phone screens, digital interviews, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to create job postings, identify, and track resumes and candidates.
- Confirm rehire eligibility and conduct new talent acquisition hire trainings as needed.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR business partners to support diversity-focused events and outreach activities.
- Create and update presentation decks, manage outreach and engagement projects, and coordinate meetings.
- Manage monthly and quarterly billing related to talent acquisition expenses.
- Arrange travel for candidates as necessary.
- Process expense reports and invoices using Coupa.
- Provide documentation and support for department program development and team deliverables.
- Facilitate background checks and manage the hiring process, including HRIS follow-up and payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee referral payments and manage pre-boarding communication with hiring managers.
- Initiate relocation services and provide visa processing support.
- Support logistics for recruitment events, including planning, scheduling, and candidate attendance confirmation.
- Attend recruitment events as needed and manage resumes for sourcing teams.
- Conduct phone screens for candidates as required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic hiring needs.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to manage billing and expense processes efficiently.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
- Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
- Capability to provide visa and relocation support.
Beginner-level experience in talent acquisition or human resources is required.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $26.00, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
