1. Communicate and confirm acquisition schedule details with vendors, processing purchase orders and providing monthly order summaries.
2. Manage and prioritize firm requirements, addressing long-term capacity constraints with leadership.
3. Resolve late delivery issues and maintain data integrity related to product costs and ordering rules.
4. Support internal Responsible Sourcing initiatives and communicate requirements to vendors.
5. Provide analysis and reports to leadership, tracking vendor performance and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
6. Foster positive vendor relationships and partner with cross-functional teams on new product launches.
7. Resolve invoice discrepancies and support major projects and meeting preparations.

1. College Degree required
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

1. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
2. Proficient in computer and analytical skills
3. Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Business Objects, Power BI, JDA, and Advanced Excel
4. Understanding of DRP functions and processes

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.

College Degree required

The hiring range for this position is $70,125 - $94,875, dependent on skills and experience.
