1. Coordinate the Ecommerce expansion and implementation of new omni-channel capabilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
2. Participate actively in workshops with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured in the IT solutions.
3. Manage project timelines, risk escalation, cost monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
4. Define and coordinate test scenarios for system integration prior to project go-live.
5. Support change management through communication, training, and process support.
6. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and manage post go-live hypercare.
7. Assist the warehouse team with inventory reconciliation and Ecommerce returns management.
8. Coordinate with Client Care Center, logistics, QA, and finance teams for returns and exchanges.
9. Follow up on shipment discrepancies and optimize reporting.
10. Support the planning team with sold order management and process improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Business Objects, or Power BI is preferred.
