1. Assist in planning and tracking maintenance activities for existing stores.
2. Log and follow up on maintenance requests, service jobs, and repairs.
3. Support vendor creation and onboarding for new store procurement.
4. Request, consolidate, and follow up on vendor quotations.
5. Assist with purchase order documentation and approval tracking.
6. Track procurement status, deliveries, and installation timelines.
7. Provide logistics support for store planning shipments.
8. Maintain trackers and reports for maintenance and procurement activities.
9. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
2. Basic understanding of procurement or operations processes.
3. Proficient in Excel; comfortable with trackers and reports.
4. Knowledge in AutoCAD (preferable).
5. Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
