Tiffany & Co. Store Manager

- Achieve boutique sales targets by providing appropriate guidance and motivation to staff.
- Mentor and develop staff, ensuring they understand Tiffany & Co.'s strategy, vision, and corporate ethics.
- Oversee all store operations including TJ operations, inventory management, sales management, expense control, and security management, ensuring effective and efficient management.
- Develop new customer relationships and manage existing ones to expand sales opportunities.
- Build and strengthen cooperative relationships with department store management to secure support for store operations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a boutique manager.
- Experience in sales within foreign luxury brands (fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, watches).
- Knowledge of store operations including human resources, performance management, numerical management, product knowledge, and inventory management.
- Understanding of retail and department store business.
- Negotiation skills, particularly with department stores.
- Proficiency in PC skills for store operations.
- English language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years as a boutique manager in a luxury brand environment.
