1. Lead and develop a high-performing team to exceed sales targets.

5. Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships to enhance brand recognition.

1. Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Authorization to work in Italy.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
5. Preferred: GIA Certificate or gemological studies.
