- Lead and develop sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed business and profitability objectives.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and guide the team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
- Strengthen customer relationships to achieve business goals and encourage long-term loyalty and spending.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store objectives.
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Ensure continuous management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the Tiffany Promise sales ceremony.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.
- Build a successful team by selecting and hiring talent to ensure a winning sales and service organization.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for the store, prioritizing diversity and fostering inclusive environments.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related customer-centric fields.
- Proven track record in generating sales and managing sales target achievements.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Competence in customer tracking systems and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to perform various roles as per business needs.
Minimum of 7 to 10 years in luxury retail sales management or a related customer-focused industry.
University degree preferred. Gemology degree is desirable.
