1. Achieve boutique sales targets by providing clear guidance and motivation to staff.
2. Develop and mentor staff to ensure understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s strategies, vision, and corporate ethics.
3. Oversee all store operations, including product management, sales management, expense control, and security management, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
4. Cultivate new customer relationships and manage existing ones to expand sales opportunities.
5. Establish and strengthen cooperative relationships with department store management to secure operational support.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a boutique manager.
2. Experience in sales within an international luxury brand (fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, or watches).
3. Knowledge of store operations, including HR (training and performance management), numerical management, product knowledge, and retail/department store business.

1. Negotiation skills, particularly with department stores.
2. Proficiency in PC skills used in store operations.
3. English language skills are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a boutique manager in a luxury brand.

High school diploma or higher. Experience in jewelry or luxury brand sales and customer service is preferred.
