1. Lead and develop the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.

1. Minimum of 8 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Authorization to work in Belgium.
