Store Director

1. Lead, develop, and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all activities.
4. Build spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
5. Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
6. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
7. Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
8. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
9. Ensure continuous guest experience management presence on the sales floor.
10. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
11. Hire and develop talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service and selling organization.
12. Foster inclusive environments and assist career growth.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
5. Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000. Retail management is also eligible for bonus and sales incentives.
