- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values, driving creativity and innovation.
- Build influential relationships within the store, mall, and local community.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Lead and coach the team based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing team.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
