1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the store to achieve sales and profitability targets.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in Canada.
