- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence, partnering with the Market Vice President to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Embody LVMH values by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and excellence in all endeavors.
- Build spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Lead and coach the team based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent and assist career growth.
- Provide qualitative feedback and utilize performance management processes to enhance team engagement.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

The hiring range for this position is $161,500 - $228,000. Compensation is dependent on relevant skills and experience, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
Retail management positions are eligible for bonus and sales incentives.
