- Lead and manage the sales and operations of the store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and guide the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values, driving creativity and innovation.
- Develop and maintain influential relationships within the store, mall, and local community.
- Enhance client relationships to achieve commercial targets and foster loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Inspire and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Ensure continuous presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Assess team capabilities and implement development plans to support career growth.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring brand recognition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $145,000, dependent on skills and experience.
